Project Management
We have worked with companies focussed on oncology, neurodegeneration and aging. We identifiy and collaborate with both academic labs, US based and international CROs to perform experiments from conceptualization to data presentations. As a Project Manager I coordinate across all functions to move projects forward. I present the data to the clients which will be ready for partnering decks.
Subject Matter Expert
As an expert in the pathologies of brain and aging, for biotech companies that own large datasets, we have provided the essential disease context necessary to prioritize targets related to aging and neurodegeneration. This includes
1. Working with data scientists for platform development,
2. Provide biological relevance for specific indication
3. Deep dive into the biology of the target
4. Work with chemists to identify tool compounds
5. Design feasible experiments to perform for validation of the target in different model systems
6. Execute these experiments through collaboration or in-house expertise .
Bringing technologies in house
With knowledge of all the tools necessary to perform pre-clinical research, I work with your in-house counsel to bring in cell lines, licenses to use specific technologies in-house to have a seamless start to your program eg. CRISPR-based screening
Science Communication
Technical writing can be both time consuming and tedious while you are performing research and running a lab. With years of experience in scientific writing, I help scientists communicate their science, edit manuscripts and grants, design graphical abstract to summarize key findings and provide support the needed in all fronts.
